Every student deserves a clear path forward.

KAAF removes the everyday barriers that pull students off course, so young people across Atlanta can stay engaged, stay eligible, and keep moving toward their future.

Removing Barriers. Transforming Futures.

Removing Barriers. Transforming Futures.

Why We Exist

Too many students in Southwest Atlanta fall behind for reasons that have nothing to do with ability. A missed meal before a test. No ride to the after-school program. No one at home with the time to help them catch up after a hard week. These are not failures of effort or potential. They are barriers, and they are the kind we can actually do something about.

Across Adamsville, Collier Heights, Cascade, Sylvan Hills, and Ben Hill, bright, capable young people lose ground every day, not because they can't, but because the odds are stacked against them before they walk into the room. KAAF exists to change those odds, one student at a time.

We meet young people where they are and give them what they need to keep going: a meal, a ride, a tutor, a mentor who shows up. We stay with them so they can stay in school, stay engaged, and stay on track. And the results follow. Attendance climbs, grades hold, and eligibility stays intact. When we clear the path, students rise.
